Glamorgan Wanderers RFC (away)
V
Pontypool RFC
Saturday 3rd April 2010
The Wanderers travel to Pontypool Park this coming Saturday.
Head Coach Richard Hodges said “The games are coming thick and fast at the moment, we have 4 games in 11 days, and it doesn’t get any easier having to play a Pontypool side that have picked up some big results in recent weeks against Cross Keys, Bedwas and Swansea. Our results of late have been poor, and no one is hiding that fact, but our performances have improved as our narrow 12-10 midweek loss to Aberavon showed. Saturday will be very difficult encounter but one we are relishing.”
The Wanderers make 5 changes to the team that lost narrowly to Aberavon with Dan Fish, Ross Wardle, Jon Barley, Alex Luff and Alistair Macdonald all coming into the starting 15. Points machine Scott Sneddon skippers the side for the first time in the absence of Lee Highgate who broke his ankle midweek.
Glamorgan Wanderers RFC would like to extend their deepest sympathy to the family, friends and all at Pontypool RFC at hearing the passing of Roger Addison aged 65.
